Reliable Laser Cutting

Using TruLaser 2030 4kW Fiber-Optic technology, NAMF delivers precision cutting across varied material thicknesses. This high-capacity system efficiently processes 5052 and 6061 aluminum alloys, stainless steel, copper, and brass up to 1.5 inches thick.

Efficient Punching

NAMF and NAPM utilize advanced Amada CNC punch press systems to ensure rapid turnaround for prototype and production requirements. Our precision punching capabilities accommodate sheet sizes up to 50×78 inches, providing exceptional hole quality, complex patterns, and specialized forming operations.

High-Quality Forming

Fabricate metal parts and structures to suit your organization’s needs with ease. NAMF and NAPM each operate four CNC press brakes which can create a wide range of angles and radii in aluminum, stainless, copper, and brass.

Processes

Expert Welding

Our certified team of welders each has a wealth of experience in dealing with conventional and advanced equipment to suit different materials and alloys. They’re certified to weld to AWS D17.1 and AWS D1.2. Welding is done at both NAMF and NAPM.

Chemical Conversion Coating

We provide corrosion-resistant coatings with excellent conductivity. NAMF is NADCAP approved for chemical conversion coating to Mil-Spec Mil-DTL 5541. We offer Type I, classes 1A and 3, and Type II, classes 1A and 3.

Painting

Our advanced finishing systems integrate conveyor-based application technology with precision environmental controls to deliver exceptional surface treatments. We offer comprehensive finishing solutions including air-dry formulations, baked enamels, and specialized powder epoxies that meet all applicable Mil-Spec requirements, including Chemical Agent Resistant Coating (CARC) specifications.
